Up for sale is my Gibson Les Paul Axcess Custom with a Floyd Rose. It's a Mod Collection version with blacked-out hardware. I'm the original owner and bought it directly from Gibson in 2021.

I did change the pickups to a custom-ordered Bare Knuckle Alnico Nailbomb set with black, hex pole pieces (original pickups not included). They sound killer!

I also swapped the strap buttons for Schaller S-Locks (originals included), the switch tip for a black one (original included), the jack plate for a black one (original included), and removed the Rhythm/Treble plate around the pickup selector (also included). It has noiseless tremolo springs (originals not included).

If you aren't familiar with the Gibson Mod Collection, they basically rework factory seconds into something unique. In some cases it can be a unique paint job or electronics, but with this one they just changed the hardware to all black.

The guitar arrived with some finish blemishes (see the evaluation sheet in the photos) and I added a few more from playing this guitar a lot over the past five years. Some are hard to see, but I did my best to emphasize them in the photos to give you a better sense of the condition. This is not a collector's grade instrument, but I did take care of it and it looks good in person.

The slim taper neck profile is different than what you typically see on the Gibson USA production models. It feels wider in the hand and is actually slightly wider around the 12th fret (2.135" vs ~2.06ish) than you'd typically find on a lot of Gibson Custom Shop Reissue models. To me, it makes it easy to play fast and accurately. These measurements are from my calipers and yours may differ slightly, so don't take them as gospel.

The guitar weighs ~8.7 pounds on my scale. Again, yours may vary.
