The Gretsch Electromatic Jet Baritone in Imperial Stain is built for players who want familiar electric feel with a deeper, heavier voice that opens entirely new musical territory. With its extended 29.75” scale length, this model reaches into rich baritone registers while keeping notes tight, focused, and full of authority. It has the kind of sound that can anchor a band, add cinematic depth to recordings, or inspire riffs you simply wouldn’t find on a standard-scale guitar.

Its chambered mahogany body and carved maple top give this Jet a lively, resonant character that balances weighty lows with clear mids and a crisp top end. The Imperial Stain finish adds a bold, refined look that feels classic and modern at once, while the bound body, thumbnail inlays, and unmistakable Jet silhouette keep the Gretsch identity front and center. Comfort contours and a rounded heel make the larger instrument feel surprisingly natural in hand.

The PureVolt Twin Six humbuckers bring serious punch without sacrificing articulation. Whether you want thunderous clean lines, snarling driven textures, or tight low-tuned clarity, these pickups stay expressive and balanced across the range. Push-pull coil splits add brighter single-coil-style options, giving this baritone far more versatility than expected from such a commanding instrument.

This is a guitar for players who want to expand their sound without giving up playability. Big, bold, and inspiring, the Electromatic Jet Baritone delivers the kind of low-register presence that changes how you write, play, and hear the instrument. Available at Haggerty’s Music.
