The Mesa PowerHouse pairs a dynamic reactive load circuit with a full-featured attenuation section, letting you run silently through the internal load or safely reduce output to a live speaker cabinet, all while preserving the feel and tone of your amp at its optimum output. Five power reduction levels (0, -4, -8, -12, -16dB) cover everything from moderate volume trimming to whisper-quiet practice, with an infinite-reduction Level knob at the bottom end for true bedroom-volume tone. A 3-position voicing switch (Normal, Bright, Warm) shapes the character further, and a dedicated Line Out (Dry) jack sends a clean signal to an IR loader, interface, or second amp. Rated for amps up to 150W, with dual parallel speaker outputs for running extension cabs.
