One of the most iconic tape echo units ever produced, the Roland RE-201 Space Echo combines warm analogue tape delay with a lush spring reverb.. Introduced in the 1970s, the RE-201 remains a favourite for dub echoes. Unlike later digital recreations, the original RE-201 uses a continuously running tape loop, giving each repeat the organic modulation, saturation and character that has made it a studio staple for decades.
