Fender Custom Shop '64 Jazz Bass LCC Master Built by Kyle Mcmillin

From Fender's top-of-the-line Masterbuilt series (MBS), we have received a model based on the specifications of the 1964 model.

This bass was crafted by Kyle Mcmillin, a Master Builder at the Fender Custom Shop.

He served as an assistant to Senior Master Builder Yuriy Shishkov for many years,

and is highly regarded as a skilled builder who inherited Shishkov's exceptional woodworking and precise assembly techniques.

The body is made of carefully selected alder, with a rosewood fingerboard?a classic combination. It features a 4-bolt neck joint and the traditional logo, typical of the 1960s.

Furthermore, it incorporates the round-laminated fingerboard shaped to follow the radius of the 1964 Jazz Bass, reverse-wound tuners in front of the paddle tuners, and a 3-knob setup with 2 volume and 1 tone knobs.

The most striking feature of this particular instrument is the beautiful vertical grain of the neck. The neck joint and headstock are remarkably straight and parallel, resulting in a beautiful appearance while maintaining a fast attack and clear sound.

The master-built construction features exceptionally luxurious tonewoods.

The finish replicates that of a "carefully preserved old guitar," retaining the gloss of the body's paint while minimizing weather checking and tarnishing of the metal parts.

While difficult to judge precisely, there are virtually no noticeable damages or signs of use, making it a beautiful example.

Please consider this opportunity!
