For sale is this beautiful Hammond RT3 organ paired with a Leslie 222 RV rotary speaker. The mahogany Hammond RT3 is in pristine condition and has the identical features found in the ever-popular Hammond B3. In addition, a Trek II reverberation unit was installed in 2024 enabling it to create echoing sound as if it were being played in a huge cathedral. With a serial number of 7922, this organ was manufactured in late 1961 or early 1962. The blemish-free cabinet illustrates that it was gently used and cared for in a living room environment. Also installed is a 122 Type interface 8000 kit for compatibility with the 2-speed Leslie 222 rotary speaker. The Leslie 222 RV speaker likewise is in perfect condition. The 222 has a serial number of A70272 and is of a similar vintage as the RT3 organ. The Leslie 222 has the same features as found on the Leslie 122. The difference is that the speakers are in a decorator cabinet with the speakers side-by-side instead of them being one above the other. The organ and Leslie speaker were inspected by a certified Hammond organ technician on July 14, 2026. The technician stated that the organ and speaker were continuously maintained and well cared for. In fact, he stated that the organ and speaker were in showroom condition. The technician indicated that he would be willing to verify these assertations for a serious buyer.
