Fender Classic Player Baja Telecaster 2007 - 2018 - Blonde
Serial number dates to 2017. Purchased from GuitarGuitar in Edinburgh.
An incredible guitar that I am sad to be parting with! I’m selling it as I don’t have as much need for it anymore.
The condition is generally very good, although the tone switch cap is missing and there are a few marks, as shown in the photos. Please also note that I have sanded the back of the neck for improved playability. The original polyurethane (I believe) finish tended to become very sticky during sweaty live shows. Personally, the sanded neck feels like a significant upgrade. You may wish to apply an ointment to this area, though I chose not to as I was hoping to build up some natural wear over time.
For those unfamiliar with this series, it was designed by a Fender Custom Shop Master Builder and made in Mexico. It features Fender Custom Shop pickups, a four-way switch, and an S-1 switch for out-of-phase circuitry.
