From the photo, this appears to be Burgundy Mist Metallic with a matching headstock. It presents very cleanly from the front. I would use Very Good as the conservative Reverb condition unless the back and edges are equally clean, in which case Excellent may be justified.

Hard-to-find Fender Stratocaster XII 12-string electric guitar, Crafted in Japan and finished in beautiful Burgundy Mist Metallic with a matching headstock. Serial number R039606, dating it to approximately 2004–2005.

This is a true factory-built Fender 12-string, featuring the familiar comfort and playability of a Stratocaster with the wide, shimmering sound of an electric 12-string. It has a rosewood fingerboard, three Strat-style single-coil pickups, five-way switching, master volume, two tone controls and a fixed bridge with twelve individually adjustable saddles for accurate intonation.

The guitar produces everything from bright, chiming rhythm sounds to fuller neck-pickup textures. It is especially effective for clean arpeggios, layered studio parts, Beatles- and Byrds-inspired sounds, Americana, pop and atmospheric guitar textures.

The guitar is in very good cosmetic condition for its age and presents beautifully. The metallic finish and matching headstock are particularly striking. There is some normal light aging and playwear consistent with a used instrument, but no major cosmetic damage is visible in the photos. The plastics have aged naturally to an attractive cream color.
