This flute has a beautiful clear and warm tone, excellent build quality, and silent and precise mechanism. And, unusual for a student flute, has features generally found only on intermediate and professional flutes: Open holes, Pointed key arms, split E mechanism. All key bumpers are made of cork not plastic. The flute has a C foot. It is new. You can watch in the attached link a comparison between this flute and a student Yamaha 222, performed by the flute maker himself.
