The 1992 Benson & Hedges Blues and Rhythm Festival was a massive, multi-city touring music event held across the United States from early October to early November. It featured a diverse, rotating lineup of over 50 performers spanning blues, R&B, and Latin music, while also raising money for Hurricane Andrew and local homeless charities. The tour spanned 12 cities and featured a diverse array of artists. Notable acts on the 1992 bill included:
