For many years, guitarists who wanted a PRS hollowbody with a piezo system had to save up enough money for an American-made PRS, but now, thanks to PRS’s more affordable SE line, you can get a PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo. This eye-popping instrument features a figured maple top and back with mahogany sides, a tonewood combination that delivers extraordinary clarity and warm resonance. The SE Hollowbody II Piezo also features a comfortable Wide Fat mahogany set neck and a premium ebony fingerboard emblazoned with iconic PRS bird inlays. Two tone-laden 58/15 LT “S” humbucking pickups and a piezo system round out the design. A versatile workhorse of an electric guitar, the PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo covers significant tonal ground, producing an array of tones that can encompass any genre.
