Rogers "Spotlight" is a rare, vintage drum kit and snare outfit produced from 1957-1962. Famous for its "Eagle Badge" and compact configuration. When paired with elusive MadrI Gras finish, it creates a true “holy grail” piece of drum history.

The Finish: Sparkling Mardi Gras Pearl (1957–1962)designated as No. 953 SMGP (Sparkling Mardi Gras Pearl) The classic early Spotlight configuration features

  •  Bass Drum: 14" x 20" separate-tension bass drum featuring Madri Gras with a pearl wrap inlay on the hoops).  
  •  Snare Drum: Matching 5" x 14" separate-tension wood snare With Rogers Eagle Badge
  •  Rack Tom: 8" x 12" separate-tension Tom including new Roger Snare Stand to hold Tom

The shells are highly resonant 3-ply or 5-ply Jasper maple/poplar blends with solid wood reinforcement rings, featuring a distinct flat-grey or fruitwood stained interior

There are NO cracks in finish or B&B lugs. As mint as you can get for vintage 70 year old kit.
