FREE SHIPPING!! Here is a "Vintage" Fractal AX-8 amp modeler up for grabs. Everything is in perfect working order, and the unit is good cosmetic shape. The AX-8 hit a sweet spot in design/funtionality in my opinion, and many in the online forums would agree. Very intuitive interface, sturdy construction with metal "Bradshaw" like switches, and sounds amazing. I used this for direct recording, live performance direct to FOH, and my favorite was to bypass power amp and speaker modeling and feed it into the effects returns of 2 Fender Hot Rod Deville's (or any amps with effects loops) which gave me a big fat "Rack in a box" stereo rig with tubes and speakers on the backend! I should know, I have 3 retired Bradshaw rigs sitting next to me right now. The AX-8 actually worked very similar to my big rigs in that I would set up the switches so that the 4 across the bottom were presets, the top row were like "loop" switches to kick on a phase shifter, delay, or whatever I assigned, and the tap tempo function is always available bottom right. I even created a preset of the "Luke/Landau" squashed, tri stereo chorus, dotted eighth/1/4 note dual delay, with a nice plate reverb.....80s are alive and well!
