Here for sale we have a PRS DGT Electric Guitar in Tobacco Sunburst finish. Made in the USA in 2024, this guitar features a set-neck construction featuring a Mahogany body with Carved Figured Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Gen III PRS Patented Tremolo and Phase III tuning machine with Faux-Bone buttons. A pair of DGT humbucking pickups are wired to individual volume controls, 3-way pickup selector and a Master tone with push/pull coil split.

The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the ‘DGT’ profile providing a comfortable playing experience in all registers without being at all cumbersome. The Gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth and speedy navigation of the 25" scale, whilst the double cutaway body design with the customary PRS sculpted lower horn ensures uninhibited access to the upper frets. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers adding a sense of luxury to the playing experience. The 10" radius strikes a perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending techniques. 

The pair of PRS DGT humbucker pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The neck pickup is full sounding and warm, whilst the midrange is perfectly balanced and easily cuts through any mix. The bridge has a hotter output, it produces a biting tone which easily cuts through the mix for those rock rhythm sounds and has a great harmonic register. The independent volume controls and master tone control offers comprehensive control of your sound, feeling very responsive to small changes. This guitar offers a wide selection of tones for the player to explore, with the added coil split feature on the tone controls to access single-coil tones, the ease of the control layout makes finding your perfect tone a breeze.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. The top edge of the headstock light chipping to the front and rear bass side corner, exposing the wood beneath.

Neck: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching is visible throughout the rear of the neck however is very fine and cannot be felt underhand.

Body: Overall very good condition. All surfaces of the body demonstrate light scratching under close scrutiny, as is common with high gloss finished. The bass edge demonstrates three indentations which pierce the finish, but do not expose the wood beneath, these are located towards to the waist of the guitar. There is a similar indentation further down from these, on the rear edge of the bass side lower bout, which does expose the wood beneath. There is a scratch on the rear face of the guitar, located on the treble side upper horn, this does not break the finish.

Condition of Frets:

The frets display minimal fret wear with a light flattening to the crown, not affecting playability. There is material remaining for any future fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Original PRS Hard Case

Overall very condition with some scuffing to the outer edges of the case. The adjustment tools and manuals are included with the guitar.
