Up for sale is a Zildjian 16" Armand Thin Crash Cymbal. Introduced as a tribute to the legacy of Armand Zildjian, this model is celebrated for bringing back the classic, sweet, and highly musical "A Zildjian" sound of the late 1960s. It features a slightly lower profile and a lighter weight classification than standard A crashes, giving it a fast, bright explosion with a beautifully warm, shimmering undertone.

Physical Condition Breakdown (From Photos):

• Structural Integrity: Excellent. The cymbal is completely free of any structural defects—there are no cracks, no flea bites along the edge, and absolutely no keyholing at the center hole.
• Logos & Ink: The top graphic logos ("Armand Thin Crash 16"/40 cm" and the large modern Zildjian logo) are very bold and fully intact. The underside Zildjian logo shows some minor cosmetic wear and fading from stick strikes but remains easily readable.
• Laser Stamp / Serial: The authentic modern laser-etched stamp is perfectly crisp, verifying its genuine USA manufacture.
• Surface Condition: The cymbal shows natural cosmetic character expected from a played instrument, including light stick marks, typical surface fingerprints, and mild superficial oxidation/patina swirling across the top and bottom. There are also remnants of tape residue/sticker adhesive on the underside near the bell. None of this affects the beautiful tone of the alloy.

Sound Profile:

• Volume: General / Projecting
• Pitch: Medium to High
• Sound: Sweet, bright, fast crash response with a smooth decay that blends seamlessly into any acoustic environment. Perfect for jazz, rock, pop, and studio tracking where a quick, musical wash is desired.

Ships quickly and will be packaged safely with plenty of protective padding to prevent edge damage. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
