The main attraction here is the speaker, the EV DL12X. All kinds of reviews compare it to an EVM 12L, and in this ported cab, it roars with low end. I bought the cab and speaker from a guy who made the cabinet and installed the speaker. He measured it for Thiele specs and I think he got it. The main issue with this cab, especially when shipped, is that the speaker is very heavy. If it rests on its face a lot or with hard knocks, the speaker can come loose from the cab. The nails on the back of that front panel are sporadic and sharp, and it's easy to cut yourself, trying to slip the speaker back in if it falls out loose. The basket keeps the cone from damage, but the nailing is tricky to handle without pain. The cab needs a more solid speaker attachment, maybe new nails or better screws. This one thing is the weakness of the manufacture, but other than that, the cab works fine, the speaker sounds great, and I played 8 string faux basslines through this with great results.

Cab has casters and three nice metal handles, one on the top, one on each side. Single 8 ohm tap on the back. Easy to roll, handle, and keep from being face-down. I'm not selling you a broken piece: the caution is just, watch your fingers, get some gloves on, if the speaker is loose on arrival.

Happy to answer questions or work with offers. I don't have regular internet, so it might be a few hours before I respond, but I'm happy to send this thing to its next owner.
