Up for sale is a Brand New Remo 22" Powerstroke 3 Black Suede Bass Drum Head. Remo is the undisputed global leader in drumhead innovation, and their Powerstroke 3 series is arguably the most recorded, trusted, and sought-after kick drum design in modern music history.

The Black Suede™ version brings a highly distinctive acoustic and aesthetic upgrade to your drum kit. Utilizing Remo's proprietary textured matte-black process, this head looks incredibly sleek on stage while introducing an ultra-focused, warm sound profile that sits perfectly between a bright clear head and a dark, fully coated head. It’s the ultimate bass drum upgrade for rock, pop, metal, R&B, and studio recording sessions.

Elite Powerstroke 3 Engineering Features

• Proprietary 10-mil Black Suede™ Film: Built from a single layer of medium-weight, high-tensile 10-mil film that undergoes a specialized texturing process. This unique texture warms up the initial stick or beater attack, adding a rich mid-range punch while slightly softening harsh top-end click frequencies.
• Integrated Internal Perimeter Underlay Ring: Features a secondary 10-mil dampening ring chemically bonded to the inside outer edge of the head. This acoustic ring surgically tempers wild, ringy overtones and controls excessive sustain without completely choking the drum’s natural low-end boom. The result is a pre-EQ'd, mix-ready kick tone right out of the box.
• Low-End Fundamental Definition: Delivers an incredibly satisfying, deep-diving "thump" that you can feel in your chest. It provides an excellent balance of sub-bass resonance and articulation, allowing fast double-bass patterns or deep pocket grooves to track with absolute clarity under live stage microphones.
• Stunning Matte Aesthetics: The non-reflective, flat matte-black textured surface gives your drum kit an ultra-clean, aggressive, and highly professional modern look.

What’s Included

• (1) Remo 22" Powerstroke 3 Black Suede Bass Drum Head (P3-1882-ES)
• Original Factory Retail Packaging Box

Pro-Tier High-Protection Drumhead Shipping

• Rim Alignment & Box Anti-Crush Shielding: Large 22" bass drum heads must remain perfectly flat and round. If a shipping carrier drops a heavy parcel onto a poorly packed head, the aluminum collar can warp or the Mylar skin can stretch before it ever hits your bass drum hoop.
• Impact-Isolated Vault Outer Boxing: The original factory box will be securely enclosed within multiple thick layers of heavy-duty industrial bubble wrap and nested flat inside an oversized, rigid, thick-walled corrugated shipping container packed tight with dense shock-absorbent void fill. This completely eliminates internal movement and guarantees a flawless, pristine, drop-protected delivery straight to your drum room.
