Functions normally, essentially new, but on first day I had it, I accidentally got the round tightening mechanic stuck in a weird position and now can no longer move it.
It clamps down somewhat, but not as tight as I would like. Whoever buys it can use it like brand new if they can fix it, otherwise it may wiggle off the bass drum if you are not careful. Comes with hardcase.
