Offered for sale is a stunning early-1960s Mid-Century Modern Scandinavian–style Baldwin Acrosonic piano Model 947. This is a highly sought-after design, celebrated for its clean Danish lines and solid, high-quality wood construction—an iconic piece of MCM craftsmanship.

This piano has been cosmetically restored and is in excellent vintage condition, with only minimal signs of age. It has undergone a thorough deep cleaning inside and out, including fully polished brass hardware. Brand-new, high-quality German keytops have been installed, elevating both the look and overall presentation of the instrument.

Both the front and rear cane panels are original and exceptionally well preserved—free of discoloration, tears, or damage, which is increasingly rare to find.

Included is the extremely rare matching bench, a highly desirable piece on its own (valued at over $1,500). The bench is crafted from high-quality wood and features a new, period-correct upholstered cushion in the original eggshell vinyl color, complete with double piping—an exact replica of the original design.
