D'Angelico Excel Lexington Auburn 2020 Electro-Acoustic Guitar

Here for sale we have a D’Angelico Excel Lexington Electro-Acoustic guitar in Auburn finish. Made in China in 2020 this guitar features a Laminated Stained Macassar Ebony back and sides with Solid Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany neck and 20 Fret Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include D’Angelico Stairstep machine heads and Ebony bridge. A Fishman Presys+ system is fitted and wired to a shoulder mounted control system that includes controls for Volume, 3-Band EQ, Notch, Brilliance and Phase.

The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the C shaped profile filling the hand nicely for a confidence-inspiring grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for articulate melodic lines. The satin finish to the rear of the neck assists with smooth navigation while the Ebony of the fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its traditional 16" radius provides a smooth and responsive playing experience across the register, suitable for a wide range of styles and techniques. 

The acoustic voice of the D’Angelico Excel Lexington is powerful & rich, delivering plenty of volume thanks to its large stature. The Solid Spruce top ensures a natural & open-sounding resonance to the instrument. Well suited to both fingerstyle and strumming, this guitar has a distinctive sound that will stand out from the crowd. The on-board Fishman Presys+ provides the versatility required for live and recording situations, meaning this guitar is ready for wherever the gig takes you.
