Godin's 5th Avenue Night Club could be the hippest hollowbody this side of 1950 Harlem. This old-school archtop electric pairs classic style with modern performance to meet today's players where they live. You'll be greeted with rich tone and powerful acoustic projection the moment you pick up this ultra-light; its Canadian wild cherry top, back, and sides are full of soul and stage appeal. Plugged in, the 5th Avenue Night Club's TV Jones Classic neck pickup delivers jazz box authority by the truckload. At bridge position, a genuine Bigsby trem equips the 5th Avenue Night Club for haunting chordal and melodic textures to deep scoops and wild dives, all without wrecking your tuning. If you're looking for a full-featured archtop with style and performance to match, be sure to check out the Godin 5th Avenue Night Club. Whether you play blues rock or jazz fusion, the Godin 5th Avenue Night Club is just the distinguished, tone-drenched guitar you've been searching for. Factor in the deep beauty of its richly finished, figured Canadian wild cherry back and sides, and you've got a guitar reminiscent of yesterday, with all the stability of today. Godin's entire 5th Avenue lineup has been popular from the start and steadily catching fire ever since. That's because Godin is doing what few other guitar makers can claim — making quality instruments from solid materials and sound construction techniques, and offering them at more than reasonable prices. This goes doubly for the 5th Avenue Night Club, whose archtop nature relies on an impressive balance of tension and tonewood characteristics. The result is a guitar that looks, plays, and sounds like it wandered straight out of the early mid-twentieth century, but is built to the tight tolerances only twenty-first-century technology can offer. With the 5th Avenue Night Club archtop, you get it all: classic craftsmanship, modern features, and amazing sound. If you want true pro quality for an almost unreasonably low price, then you owe yourself the chance to try out the Godin 5th Avenue Night Club guitar. TV Jones's quest for the perfect pickup all started with a close look at the original Ray Butts PAF ("Patent Applied For) Filter'Tron — a design known for its unforgettable rock 'n' roll bite and sweet, rather than strident, top end. Tom's version, the TV Classic, captures the mojo of this original pickup and perhaps even improves on Ray's time-honored design. The TV Classic neck pickup lands somewhere between a classic California single-coil and a mid-century humbucker in its voicing. Get that classic TV Jones bite and kick you've been searching for, with Godin's TV Jones-loaded 5th Avenue Night Club. Features:
