The Catalinbread Topanga Spring Reverb (catalinbread[dot]com/products/topanga) is a highly regarded digital emulation of the legendary 1960s Fender 6G15 outboard tube-driven spring reverb tank. It is celebrated by guitarists for capturing the authentic "drip, flutter, cluck, and clang" crucial for surf rock and spaghetti western genres.

Key Features & Design

• Pre-Amp Placement: Unlike built-in amplifier spring reverbs, this pedal runs in front of the amplifier. This setup causes the reverb signal to distort and become more intense when pushing the amp's front end.
• Discrete Preamp: Includes a built-in discrete preamp controlled by the volume knob. This addition colors your signal and doubles as a clean boost.* Power Flexibility: Runs on any standard 9V to 18V center-negative DC power supply. Operating at 18V delivers expanded headroom and a stronger output signal
• Bypass Modes: Features an internal switch to alternate between true bypass and buffered trails.
