Gibson / 1965 B-25

—A unique vintage tone created by a wooden adjustable saddle

Since its introduction in 1962 as the successor to the LG-3, the B-25 has continued to be loved as a representative of compact Gibson guitars.

This particular product features a natural finish and a large pickguard with the Gibson logo.

-Adjustable Saddle

The adjustable bridge, a hallmark of Gibson guitars in the 1960s.
This model features a rosewood saddle.
It doesn't have the hardness of a metal saddle, and combined with the mahogany body, it achieves a warm yet distinctly Gibson-like "jangly" attack.

-40mm Narrow Neck

A slim, narrow neck with a nut width of approximately 40mm.

Even those with small hands will find it easy to grip, and it's a perfect match for both strumming chords and blues-style music.

Thick, large pickguard

While the specification changed to a thick, reddish pickguard from 1964 onwards, this particular model also features the Gibson logo.

Not only is it relatively affordable among Gibson vintage guitars, but its X-bracing and compact size, combined with its clear, resonant tone, have captured the hearts of many Gibson fans.

-There are scratches, scuffs, and dents commensurate with its age due to use.
-There is a faint engraving on the back of the headstock.
-There is an engraving on the back of the neck (4th to 7th frets).
-The paint on the heel has been refinished due to neck angle adjustment.
-The entire body has been over-lacquered.
-There are traces of paint bleeding on the back of the body.

[Playing Condition]
-String height at 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string side, 2.0mm on the 1st string side
-The string height can be adjusted using the adjustable saddle.
-There are no buzzing or dead spots.
