Gibson / 1966 LG-0

—A sophisticated look and a mature blues sound

The LG-0 was produced from 1958 to 1974 as an entry-level model at the time.

This particular guitar has weather checking and moderate playing wear, giving it a rich character that tells the story of over half a century of history.

The LG-0's most distinctive feature is its mahogany top, sides, and back, and its ladder bracing.

- Unique Sound
The combination of the mahogany body and ladder bracing, along with the slotted saddle plastic bridge (a feature not found on modern guitars), produces a sound that is both airy and earthy, with a gritty tone.

It's well-suited for country, blues, and strumming with low chords.

- Neck Grip
The neck is made of mahogany and features a 40mm narrow neck shape. Even those with small hands will find it easy to grip, and chord strumming and blues-style handshakes are extremely smooth.

This small body offers a different warmth and vintage look compared to the LG-1, which also uses ladder bracing.

It's also recommended for those buying their first vintage guitar.

-There is some lifting of the plastic bridge, but it is secured with a bridge plate and four bolts, so you can use it with confidence in terms of strength.

[Playing Condition]
-String height at 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string side, 2.0mm on the 1st string side
-Saddle protrusion: Approximately 2.5mm to 3.0mm
-There are no buzzing or dead spots.
