– V-Mod II Single-Coil Telecaster pickups: While Telecasters often have a noticeable difference in volume and character between the bridge and neck positions, this model is very well balanced, with both pickups matched closely in tone and output, making it easy to switch between positions without any awkward shift in feel

Playability

– The Deep “C” neck profile: Comfortable and easy to grip

– 9.5” radius fingerboard and narrow tall frets: Plays more smoothly than a vintage-spec Tele while still keeping a classic look.

– Bullet saddles: Improving intonation while keeping the classic 3-saddle Telecaster look.

– The lowered bridge plate edge: Keeps it out of the way of picking, more comfortable than a standard-height bridge plate

Mod & Part Replacement reflect the pricing

– Pickup cavity mod: The neck pickup cavity has been slightly enlarged. It’s just a little bit around the screw holes since this model originally has a cavity for a humbucker hidden by the pickguard. It appears a humbucker had been installed there previously, then later, replaced to the original single-coil.

– Pickguard replaced: The original bright tortoiseshell pickguard has been replaced with white pearloid, giving the guitar different, more elegant vibe.

Condition

– Part replacement: Pickguard replaced

– Damages: Very clean for a used instrument, with only light cosmetic wear and the slightly enlarged neck pickup cavity

– Neck: Straight, with no warp or twist

– Frets: Slight wear, mainly in the lower positions. The lowest point measured 1.2mm. Considering the narrow tall frets and the finished fingerboard, they still have about 90% of their life left

– Truss rod: Works properly in both directions
