Description

Hello, I have been selling with eBay from Japan so I can provide you the best service.

This item is sold out everywhere in Japan and very hard to get it!!

First come, first served.

◆ Cosmetic condition

Please check the photos for the detailed condition of the product.

Neck: Straight

Fret: 70%

Truss Rod: Unknown

Weight: 3572g

This is a pre-owned Fender Japan ST54-LS special edition model (Black).

Made in Japan (L-series serial number: 1991–1992). It is a 1954-style Stratocaster featuring the "spaghetti logo," a small headstock, and a one-piece maple neck.

The neck pocket bears an "ORDER" stamp. It appears to be a special specification featuring a 22-fret neck (with an extended fretboard overhang) and truss rod adjustment accessible from the headstock side. Although the "ORDER" stamp is not present on the neck itself, both the neck and body share the same "Y-064" stamp, indicating they belong to the same instrument.

It is equipped with Lace Sensor Gold pickups (USA) and an active mid-boost circuit, suggesting it is a special edition based on the ST54-85LS model.

● Functionality verified.

● Features three Lace Sensor Gold pickups (USA), delivering a noiseless, vintage Stratocaster tone. The mid-boost circuit allows for enhanced mid-range frequencies.

● The bridge saddles bear the "FENDER" stamp.

● Regarding the neck condition: while this is a non-professional assessment, it appears to be nearly straight. I estimate that over 70% of the fret life remains. (Note: I have not adjusted the truss rod myself, as I lack the necessary tools and expertise; however, as this is a used item, the previous owner may have made adjustments. Please understand this.)

▼ Cosmetically, there are signs of wear consistent with age, but no particularly conspicuous scratches or damage. The plastic parts show some yellowing due to aging. As this is a used item, please refrain from bidding if you are seeking perfection.

▼ There is currently no noticeable scratchy noise (potentiometer static) or similar issues, though as with any used instrument, the possibility of future problems cannot be ruled out. Additionally, I cannot verify if parts such as pickups or internal assemblies have been replaced; unless explicitly stated as "all original," the originality of components is considered unknown. Please take this into account before placing a bid.

This applies only to products that originally have hard case.
