Engineered for main-stage madness, the NUX Trident was constructed with a 1-piece, die-cast aluminum chassis to contain its prismatic potential of cutting-edge amp modeling, myriad multi-effects capabilities, and advanced dual-DSP architecture. But its sleek interface and intuitive layout make it more than just a tour titan — its USB-C connectivity allows you to wield Trident in the studio as an audio interface, with plenty of re-amping pliability afforded by its pair of XLR DI outputs. While there’s endless tone-crafting terrain to traverse, using your own DAW, NUX spared no effort to endow the Trident with a suite of versatile and voltaic IRs, and Sweetwater’s studio scholars are aghast at the range available right out of the box. Trident features 27 amps that span time and tone, from twin-reverbs, tweeds, and smoldering heat to jazzy cleans, plexi-style panache, and full-on metal malice, thanks to NUX’s TSAC-4K amp-modeling technologies — a state-of-the-art White-box Physical Modeling algorithm. With no shortage of flexible connectivity and ferocious performance possibilities, the NUX Trident is an all-encompassing powerhouse that’ll endure everything from studio woodshedding to stage-blazing glory.
