Gretsch USA Custom 5x14" 8-Lug Bronze Snare. This is the classic model 4160 but with a bronze shell instead of brass. This has a darker, warmer tone than brass.
Excellent Condition with custom double flange rims from Drum Factory Direct. Same as the Gretsch 302 rims. The die cast rims choked this drum out and killed the mid range frequencies. Now it's much more open, but still retains the punch from the heavy bronze.
This drum has no flaws other than fingerprints.
Remo Vintage Ambassador batter head for maximum warmth. Installed in March, with minimal playing time.
Brand new fresh Remo Diplomat Snare side head
42 strand original Snare wires.
Gretsch Microsensitive throw off and butt plate with magnetic locking mechanism.
