This is a 2019 Gibson Memphis ES-335 Dot in Graphite Metallic finish, model code ESDPGMNH1. The finish is a very dark metallic graphite/black-grey color that can look almost black depending on lighting.

This ES-335 has been tastefully modified from the factory configuration. The stock MHS II pickups have been replaced with a Gibson Burstbucker 2 in the neck position and a Gibson Burstbucker 3 in the bridge position. The original Grover tuners have been replaced with Grover Rotogrip 502C locking tuners, and the stock Tune-o-matic bridge has been replaced with a Tune-o-matic-style roller saddle bridge. The nut was replaced with a bone nut and that the modifications were performed by a professional luthier.

The guitar keeps the classic ES-335 formula: semi-hollow double-cutaway body, laminated maple/poplar/maple construction, maple center block, set mahogany neck, bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays, dual humbuckers, stopbar tailpiece, two volume controls, two tone controls, and 3-way pickup selector.

The Gibson Burstbucker 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickup combination gives the guitar a more open, vintage-PAF-style voice than many modern humbuckers, with the Burstbucker 2 in the neck position for warm, clear rhythm and lead tones, and the hotter Burstbucker 3 in the bridge position for stronger output, bite, and classic rock drive. The locking Grover Rotogrip tuners and roller bridge are practical upgrades aimed at tuning stability, smoother string movement, and easier string changes.

Includes the Gibson hardshell case and original paperwork/accessories shown in the photos, including the Gibson Certificate of Authenticity, factory photo, Gibson USA booklet/material, warranty booklet/card, Gibson cloth, strap, multi-tool, and accessory items shown.
