The T-50 Slim is a hollow-body guitar inspired by a Guild model from the 1960s. Its slim body depth (approximately 45 mm) makes it easier to amplify and more comfortable to play than a traditional archtop, while retaining the warm and resonant character of a fully hollow instrument. It features a laminated maple body, a set mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, and is fitted with a single neck-position P-90 pickup, making it a great alternative to the Gibson ES-125T.
Its distinctly vintage aesthetic—complete with Guild's harp tailpiece, elevated headstock design, and Sunburst finish—is matched by a smooth, woody, and dynamic tone that is particularly well suited to jazz, blues, rockabilly, and vintage rock. Praised for its playing comfort and strong sonic personality, it is often regarded as one of the most successful reissues in the Newark Street Collection.
This example weighs only 2.61 kg and comes with its original hardshell case.
