Fender PB-62 Precision Bass Reissue MIJ – Late 80's / Early 90's – Vintage White

A cool and somewhat mysterious Fender Japan Precision Bass Reissue that has all the vibe, feel, and character you'd expect from a well-played Japanese-made P-Bass from the late '80s to early '90s.

The body retains its original Fender Japan PB-62 markings in the neck pocket and appears to be original throughout. At some point in its life, the neck was replaced with what appears to be a genuine Fender neck. The bass currently has no serial number present, making an exact production year impossible to verify, but the body markings clearly identify it as a Japanese-made PB-62 reissue.

Finished in a beautifully aged Vintage White with a rosewood fingerboard, this bass has developed the kind of honest wear and patina that only comes with decades of use. The finish shows various dings, scratches, and cosmetic wear throughout, but nothing that affects playability or structural integrity. The tuners have also been replaced at some point in its life.

Most importantly, it plays great, feels broken-in, and delivers the classic Precision Bass punch, warmth, and simplicity that made these Japanese reissues so popular in the first place.

Includes a Fender hardshell case. The case is not believed to be original to the instrument.
