TASCAM Porta 03 Multitrack 4-Track Cassette Recorder

This Tascam Porta 03 has been fully serviced, cleaned, and calibrated, and is ready for immediate use. All core functions, including recording and playback on all four tracks, operate properly and the unit sounds great. Track-to-track response and noise characteristics may still vary, as is typical for analog cassette multitrack recorders. There is a video attached to the listing where recording and playback on all 4 tracks as well as the pitch mod is demonstrated.

The unit has an added pitch control. This goes from normal speed to so slow the motor stops spinning. It's a little sensitive but can be cool to mess around with.

The headphone knob is a little scratchy.

Noise reduction is not calibrated/untouched

The unit is in pretty good cosmetic shape.

The unit was tested over 3 hours. Recording full tapes and playing them back on all 4 tracks.
