Up for sale is a Hohner Marine Band 1896 diatonic harmonica in the key of A, complete with its original Hohner hard plastic storage case.
The Marine Band 1896 is one of the most iconic harmonicas ever produced and has been a favorite among blues, folk, country, and rock musicians for generations. Handcrafted in Germany, this model is known for its warm tone, expressive response, and classic pearwood comb construction.
This harmonica is in good used condition with normal cosmetic wear from age and use. The stainless cover plates retain clear Marine Band engravings and markings. Light surface scratches, minor tarnish, and signs of handling are present throughout the instrument, consistent with regular use. The original case is included and remains in good condition with light storage wear.
