Supro Model 1507 (I believe). It looks exactly like the 1507. It has the same tailpiece, same bridge, same headstock, same controls and same pick guard except mine does not have the Supro logo on the pick guard (not sure why). I purchased it the way you see it. The guitar has been played and has play wear as you can see by the pictures. It looks like it used to have a logo on the headstock but it's long gone. Plays well and sounds good. Everything works. Cool Guitar! No case but I can probably come up with a gig bag to ship it in.
