Antonio Raya Pardo ( 1950 -2022 ) a very gifted maker from Granada Spain as most of us know, a lot of his guitars will go up to $8000. This Guitar is from the beginning of his career, that he started 1973 , I think originally this was more flamingo guitar with tap plates/golpeador but with its fresh coat of French polish withno golpeador makes it a classical , there's old saying " it's a flamenco guitar if it has tap plates/golpeador ". This guitar is exceptionally light , the lightest guitar Iāve ever had . I will not use a bunch of adjectives to describe the sound of the guitar because each person hands are different.
On this 50 year old guitar there are a few repairs cracks on soundboard near fretboard, typical cracks on many old classical guitars, there was a hairline crack in the back that's repaired. the guitar has new frets that are leveled and crowned.
I feel this guitar is from the 1970's with what I think is the original case.
