Masterfully refaced and banded 1950s 120/1/M Berg mouthpiece. It plays easily from bottom to top and has a wonderfully gritty tone with a lot of pop. The refacer- likely Doc Tenney- did a masterful job on the tip, rails table and chamber, and it "feels" like one of Tenney's blueprinted Bergs from that era. Unfortunately, the refacer's signature and marks have all worn away over time and use. The brass shank band covers a hairline crack (like so many old Rubber Bergs) and is professionally done.
This is a fantastic player's piece! Get a great refaced Berg at a bargain price!
