Please note: If you want your name, phone number, email, or other contact information printed on the front, please include it directly in the image or design you submit. Otherwise, contact information can be placed in the back window like a standard luggage tag.

Back Contact Window

The back of the tag includes a window where you can insert your contact information, similar to a traditional luggage tag.

This is a great place to include your name, phone number, email address, school, band, or other identifying information without having it permanently printed on the front.

How to Order

After purchasing, you will receive a QR code linking to my daughter’s website.

On the website, you can upload the image, logo, or artwork you want printed on the front of the tag and make any needed crops or positioning adjustments.

Once your final image is submitted through the website, your custom luggage tag will be printed and shipped within 2 business days.

Artwork, Logos, and Permissions

By placing an order and submitting a photo, logo, image, design, artwork, name, phrase, or other content, buyer confirms that they own the submitted material or have the legal right and permission to use it for this custom printed item.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any submitted artwork, logo, school logo, band logo, studio logo, trademark, copyrighted image, photograph, name, likeness, or other protected material may legally be used for this purpose.

Seller is not responsible for verifying ownership, copyright, trademark, licensing, school, organizational, publicity, or other usage rights for buyer-submitted materials.

Buyer agrees not to submit any artwork, logo, image, text, or other content that infringes on the rights of another person, school, band, company, organization, artist, photographer, or trademark owner.

Seller reserves the right to decline any order or submitted artwork for any reason.

Return Policy

No returns accepted.

Each luggage tag is custom printed to order using buyer-provided personalization, photo, logo, and/or artwork. Because the item is personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final once the final image is submitted and the tag is printed.

Please carefully review the submitted image, crop, artwork, logo, and layout before completing your submission.

If I make an error in production or the item arrives materially different from the submitted design, please contact me through Reverb and I will work to make it right.
