This listing is for one (1) 1965 Fender Strat 250K "craterback" or "dishback" style CTS pot occasionally found in the late Leo Fender era and early CBS era.
Has the Fender part code and a 28th week of 1865 manufacturing date. This was in the neck tone position, and the solder spot for the cap was on the side, over the 250K value. I cleaned that off so the code could be seen. You can now use it in any spot you choose, but it will take years for that spot to oxidize and blend in.
Pot has been de-soldered, sprayed out, and a dab of new pot grease has been applied. It turns silky smooth, like new, with no gritty feel. Includes the mounting nut and lockwasher. Ships in a box. Sold as is.
