Lots of late '66 markings, but the obvious '67 stamps and other tells would mean 1967 when it left the factory - which matches what was told to me in 2013 by the original owner.
This amp has been taken care of for 59 years by only two people, and it has lived the past 13 of those years in a double-padded Studio Slip cover when it was not tracking in the studio or helping me test pedals.
