There are no marks or dings on the guitar. The finish may show reflections which I did my best to avoid. This guitar is fairly new and I have not even opened the envelope that came with it. I have a shoulder issue and playing any Dread isn't possible without causing me pain. I have a Boucher OM that I am keeping. The guitar came with Medium strings but I have lights on it. It can take both. Boucher's sound more open and clear than Martin and to my ear more tonally pure than other makers. The top is Adirondack Spruce which really projects sound. This guitar is wonderful to play and to hear. Someone should be playing it.
