Beautiful Late 80's Martin J 40 M. Hopefully the pics tell the whole story. The action is good but the saddle is about as low as it should go. As can be seen in the picture sighting down the neck, the relief is good but a little tweek might sweeten the action even more. It is easy to play now so I have left it alone. The center seam on the top opened years ago and has remained stable. This guitar has been played regularly including performances so there is plenty of honest playwear. It is equipped with a pickup that functions fine and it will make a perfect low cost but worthy acoustic for your stage performances A new one today lists for $4,000 plus without the seasoned woods. It will ship in a brand new, very nice SKB case. I don't know why some of the pics have split screen. Not a good interface between camera and computer. The guitar looks very nice in person, much better than the photos.
