This is a used Martin CEO-7 which I bought about 10 years ago. A K&K Mini pick up and a strap lock were professionally installed by a luthier. The guitar was purchased at The Music Emporium in Lexington, MA. This guitar sounds and plays amazing. Therefore I have played it a lot over the years. Really hate to see it go. Adirondack Spruce and Mahogany. If you are looking then you probably know about the magic of these. There is a small ding/dent about an inch or so on the top and also the binding is coming detached in a section on the top. This is a commonly referenced issue with these. I keep the guitar in the original case with a small humidifier in the body in off season. Pictures are here and I can send more if you like. Neither issue affects the playability.
