Here for sale we have a Fender Vintera III Early ‘60s Jazz Bass in Sonic Blue finish. Made in Mexico, this guitar features an Alder body, Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include 4-Saddle Vintage-Style bridge and Vintage Style Reverse tuning machines. A pair of Vintage-Style Early '60s Single-Coils are fitted and wired to independent stacked concentric controls for volume and tone.

The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's Early '60s "C"  profile feeling thin and ergonomic. The 1.5" nut width is nice and traditional, offering ample string spacing for accurate fretting. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its 7.25" radius offers a tactile, durable and practical playing surface. 

The Vintage-Style Early '60s Single-Coils pickups deliver classic original-era tone and power, with smooth rounded lows, clear and open mid range and a sweet treble response that captures the attack and aggression of your playing. The stacked control layout offers comprehensive control of your sound without over complicating things or getting in the way of the playing experience. A refined Jazz bass at an attractive price.

Headstock: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use. A very small scratch can be seen to the bass side of the nut. A small spot of delamination is present to the rear face treble side.

Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.

Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light signs of past use.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss Rod Tool (Flathead screwdriver) not included.

Hardware: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use.

Structural: Fully functional.
