WORKING CONDITION: Very Good. The phaser circuit sounds great, and the footswitch operates nicely.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good. There is a lot of wear on the cabinet; it looks like a Leslie cabinet that was on tour with Deep Purple! So Cool!  Structurally sound throughout, however. The knobs and jacks are intact and function properly.
