The hotrodded variation in the Kat series, an original Epiphone semi-hollow guitar design.
The FlameKat was a limited run, only being manufactured between 1999 and 2005 and boasts a mahogany body with laminated mahogany top, set hard maple neck with rosewood fretboard and dice inlays. It uses a standard Gibson scale length of 24.75" and a 1.68" wide nut. a pair of mini humbuckers are controlled by two individual volume controls as well as a master tone and volume control and a 3 way pickup selector.
Other features include a Tune-o-matic bridge with Bigsby Tremolo tailpiece, chrome hardware, Grover tuners, dice control knobs and the stylish 'Bikini' Epiphone logo atop the headstock, as well as it's distinctive rock-a-billy paint job, ready to absolutely shred a Setzer-style lick.
A few marks here and there. Missing truss rod cover. Includes non original hard case.
