Sidenote:
Keep in mind, you need RCA cables for the input and output. They were common in that era. They are cheap on Amazon. Do not buy the “Amazon basics” brand ones though. Those are not good in my opinion.
If you plan to sample audio from a laptop/tablet, you may want an “RCA to 3.5mm“ cable to get audio into the input and then an “RCA to 1/4 inch” to output the sound into a DAW or external recording device. The brand “Moswag” on Amazon has cheap, reliable ones of both of these.
