Custom Audio Electronics - Rack Mount Switcher - UNUSED Rare Vintage

If you know what this is, you know how rare these are.

This is a completely brand-new, unused custom Bradshaw rack switching unit.

I've played professionally in Nashville for about 25 years. One of my dear friends did some work for Bob a while back and was paid in the form of two custom-built rigs - one for the friend who did the work, and one for me as a gift. Very, very kind.

However, as these things go, the project was never completely finished, nor was the custom rig. So for seven or eight years I've had this insane piece of gear in my studio in bubble wrap, unable to be used.

If you can use it, here it is.

I honestly don't know how to price this unit. These things were made for The Edge and David Gilmour, Metallica and Van Halen. Each one was different. He must have had a sort of "basic" blueprint, though, and that's what this maps out to be.

The front of the unit has a Tuner send, wah/volume loop, mono loop 10, and then a Mono out (1 amp rig), a Stereo out (2 amp rig), Ctrl 2 & Thru.

To be completely honest, I'm not 100% certain what the Ctrl inputs mean. I imagine the Thru is just a pass-thru from the front to the back, because you never know when you need that.

The picture for the back might be hard to zoom in on. It says, L-R:

- Remote Power

- System Power

- MIDI Out

- CTRL 1 Thru

- Mix In L/R

Then there are three (3) stereo loops and nine (9) mono loops, with a spot for wah/volume in between loops 6/7. Each loop has a send and return.

My hunch is that this would work with the current models of the Morningstar MC8 or even the Behringer FCB1010, but they wouldn't be plug and play. They would take some work, I'm sure. This didn't come with a power supply, so you'd have to figure that out, though it does say what it needs on there, and it's a normal pedal-sized jack.
