Vintage Courtois Flugelhorn 60-70s - Silver

I’m downsizing my horn collection and so am reluctantly letting go of this one. This vintage Courtois flugelhorn plays well and is in decent shape especially for its age. It has most of its silver finish (see pictures) and shines up well with a polishing rag. There are some minor dings and scratches (see pictures) but nothing that affects the sound and nothing really cosmetically bothersome either. Valves, slides, and leadpipe all move as they should. This is a classic smaller bore flugelhorn that sounds best with a deep flugelhorn mouthpiece with a short shank. The included Dennis Wick 2F is a decent pairing, but I typically used other mouthpieces with it. It comes with a Getzen wooden flugelhorn case that is a good fit for the horn.
