Here is a vintage original 1979 Music Man StingRay Bass in original Sunburst finish.
Plays and sounds incredible with a remarkably warm and punchy original pickup.
Neck is straight and plays great all the way up and down with that vintage 1970s feel.
Weighs 10 pounds, nice and resonant.
It's missing the logo, we have seen other examples missing the logo. We have taken it apart and it all checks out as original 1979. Original pots are date coded 1979. The body is dated May 11, 1979 and the serial number on the bridge dates the bass to 1979.
