  This instrument features some of the most labor-intensive cosmetic upgrades available from the Austin, Texas workshop. The headstock boasts a stunning, meticulously hand-engraved Vine inlay that weaves beautifully down the peghead veneer, perfectly complemented by a set of classic 45-Style Snowflake fretboard markers.

  Beneath the flawless, hand-sprayed custom sunburst lacquer top lies a premium, master-voiced Sitka Spruce soundboard. Paired with dark, straight-grained East Indian Rosewood back and sides, this wood combination delivers deep, authoritative lows, a punchy, clear midrange, and bell-like highs with shimmering harmonic overtones.

• Venetian Cutaway & Ergonomic 1-3/4" Nut Width
  Designed for the uncompromising player, the smooth Venetian cutaway allows your hand to glide seamlessly up to the 20th fret. To further optimize playability, this OM2H was ordered with an upgraded 1-3/4” nut width, providing just the right amount of extra string spacing for intricate fingerstyle arrangements and clean chord extensions.

• Hand-Voiced Acoustic Architecture
  Every single component of this guitar has been optimized by Collings' master luthiers. The pre-war scalloped Sitka Spruce X-bracing is meticulously voiced to match the density of this specific top, ensuring maximum acoustic efficiency, brilliant note separation, and a mature, wide-open voice that will only deepen with age.
